Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Specials and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't open the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account and data and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address and display name
• Your saved deals, followed brands and alert settings
• Your pickup codes and deal reports
• The deals you submitted, including their photos

What stays

Anonymous usage statistics, such as how many people opened a deal, are not linked to your account, so they can't be traced back to you and are not deleted. Anything we are legally required to keep is kept only for as long as the law requires.
